Vaike's Shared Lunch / Pool Party

We have held many functions at Vaike's wonderful Bellevue Heights home. All have been extremely successful.

Her magnificent entertainer's backyard located on the Sturt Gorge just above South Australia's renowned Flinders University features a very large balcony on which guests can recline in the sunshine around a table piled high with plates of sumptuous food.

Around forty guests attended on this occasion.

Good conversation over a glass of wine is the format of this type of function, but if the heat becomes too much to bear, just below a lagoon-like swimming pool surrounded by lush, green tropical plants beckons enticingly. It was once the second-largest private pool in Adelaide. As usual a few swimmers cooled off before rejoining the party for some more refreshements.

Vaike will be holding another Shared Lunch / Pool Party on Australia Day, Friday 26th January 2007.
