Lee's BBQ/House Party
7th February 2004

Lee loves a good party and her lovely home at Ingle Farm has a backyard well-suited to the occasion.

The first time she held one for the Going Places With Gareth network the night was hot and still but that hardly bothered the 90 guests who there for some fun.

The BBQ commencing at 6.30 PM was well attended, although the majority of guests arrived for the party from 8 PM after the sun had set and the temperature had dropped a bit.

Chairs and drink coolers were spread all around the rear garden which is impressive for it's immaculate neatness. Looking at the luxurious array of manicured bushes and plants you would wonder how people with green thumbs ever get the time to do anything else but tend their flower-beds, but Lee obviously does!

As always at a party, dance music was well in demand and we provide plenty of it. An area of concrete at one ends of the covered pergola was the best we could manage but for a dance-floor but it was well crowded most of the night.

Fortunately for Lee and other party hosts we always clean up before leaving so the host can rest easy, relax and enjoy a few drinks, not having to worry about driving.

Lee has had more parties since this one and remains enthusiastic to 'keep them coming'. Singles in Adelaide remain enthusiastic to keep attending.
