The Cruze Brothers

The Hackney Hotel, 95 Hackney Road, Hackney hasn't traditionally been a singles venue, but it's newly renovated and now features live music in the Zubar each Sunday from 3 PM to 7 PM throughout summer. That makes it an ideal spot for singles to congregate.

There is some dance room with a polished wooden floor. Located at the front of the hotel, the Zubar opens out onto Hackney Road, giving it a semi-alfresco feel.

Entertainment will be by The Cruze Brothers one week and Lucifer's Lounge the next. Both bands have great reputations and extensive followings.

Meals are available in the mid price range. You might like to try this trendy hotel's cuisine for either lunch or dinner.
