- For function bookings with Gareth it is usual practice to use email in which case a response will almost always be given. For phone bookings, leave a message on his landline messagebank stating your name, the function details, full names of all persons attending and a return landline number in case it is needed. You will not normally be called back unless there is a problem with your booking.

- Full names are required for database identification to avoid the embarassing and previously chronic problem of people being booked in to a function by more than one person, making accurate booking numbers impossible.
