Bob & Mal from Good Company

The British Workingmens Club has long been a popular venue with single people in Adelaide.

It's located on the corner of Davis and Morgan Streets, Wingfield - Ph: 8347 4090.

The club rooms are extensive and well maintained. The function room has a large, extremely well-kept dance floor that is always a delight to dance on. Bands play there each Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and occasionally at other times, with popular names often on the calendar.

Drinks are available at the bar at very reasonable prices. Entry fees apply to the function room but these are normally quite low. In January 2008 the entry cost is usually $5 on Friday and Saturday nights and $2 on Sunday nights. However, these can vary, particularly when special concerts, floorshows and dinners take place. Discounts often apply for members. Contact the club for full details. You can also obtain their three monthly entertainment guide.

Entry into the gaming room and pool table area is normally free.
